RealmJar is responsible for personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@realmjar.com and tell us enough about your request to help us respond.

This policy covers the RealmJar company website, its enquiry form and account features. Individual products or client projects may need additional privacy information, including details of who is responsible for the information processed within them.

2. Information we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email address, optional company or organisation, selected area of interest, message, a submission reference and the time of submission. We also record whether an enquiry notification was sent.
• Accounts: your display name, email address, a securely hashed password, email confirmation status and security records such as failed sign-in attempts. We do not store your account password as readable text.
• Technical information: information needed to operate and protect the website, which can include your IP address, requested pages, request times and diagnostic or security logs. IP addresses are used to limit repeated requests.
• Correspondence: information you send when you contact us by email or ask for support.

Required form fields are marked. Without the required details, we may be unable to create an account or respond to your enquiry. Please do not put sensitive personal information, passwords or payment details in the enquiry form.

This website does not currently collect payment card details or sell the demonstration products shown on the home page.

Your enquiry is saved in RealmJar’s database and a notification is addressed to our enquiry inbox. Hosting, infrastructure and email providers may process information to deliver those services on our behalf. Providers may receive information where necessary to deliver those services.

We do not sell personal information collected through this website. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights, subject to applicable law.

Provider locations depend on the services used. Contact us if you need details about the providers or processing locations relevant to your enquiry or account. If information is transferred internationally, the safeguards required by applicable law must be in place.

6. How long information is kept

Enquiry and account records are not currently deleted automatically after a fixed period. Their continued retention needs to be assessed against the purpose for which they were collected, any ongoing relationship and applicable legal or dispute requirements.

You can request deletion using the contact details above. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it. Copies in backups may remain until the relevant backup is replaced or expires.

7. Security

The website uses safeguards including password hashing, account access controls, form verification and limits on repeated requests. The public website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Keep your password private and contact us promptly if you suspect misuse of your account. Where a security incident affects personal information, notification and other responses must follow applicable legal requirements.
