These terms cover your use of the RealmJar website at www.realmjar.com, its account features and enquiry form. References to “RealmJar”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business operating this website under the RealmJar name. You can contact us at info@realmjar.com.
Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy. If you are using the website for an organisation, make sure you have authority to act for it.
2. Our services and products
RealmJar offers software design, development and hosting, separately or together, and subscription software. The website introduces these services; it does not itself confirm a project, hosting arrangement or subscription.
The engines on our products page describe kinds of software we build. Their preview screens are illustrations with sample data, and their descriptions do not promise particular features, a price or a delivery date; what a project includes is agreed in its quote.
Before paid work or a subscription begins, the relevant quote, order or service agreement must set out the scope, price, taxes, payment terms, delivery arrangements, support and any cancellation or renewal rules. Ownership of deliverables and any licence to use software must also be agreed there. These website terms do not replace that agreement or any mandatory consumer rights.
3. Enquiries and information you send us
Submitting an enquiry asks us to contact you. It does not place an order, reserve a delivery date, create a paid subscription or commit either party to a project.
Please provide accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. You retain any rights you have in your submission. We may use it to assess and respond to your request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents, confidential source code or sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form. If your project needs confidential material, contact us first so suitable arrangements can be agreed.
4. Your account
If you create an account, keep your details accurate and your login credentials secure. Do not share another person’s credentials or try to access an account that is not yours. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect the website or comply with the law. Restrictions on a paid service are subject to its separate agreement and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Using the website responsibly
You must use the website lawfully and respect the rights of other people. In particular, do not:
- Attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls or disrupt the website.
- Upload malicious code, send spam or submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

No ownership of project deliverables, product software or source code is transferred by browsing the website or sending an enquiry. Those rights must be addressed in the relevant service agreement.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content and policies; a link does not mean that RealmJar endorses them.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer protections where doing so would be unlawful. Any lawful limitations relating to a paid service must be set out in the applicable service agreement.
8. Changes and resolving concerns
We may update these website terms as the website or our services change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Updates do not automatically change an existing project or subscription agreement.
If you have a concern, contact info@realmjar.com so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law and any separate agreement determine your legal rights and remedies. These terms do not require you to give up rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
